Vapor Time

Bought two batteries right before Thanksgiving and left town. Neither worked. I went to the store to take them back and get replacements after returning later and they would not accept the return. They said it was more than 10 days and the manufacturer will not accept the return. I explained I have been shopping there since the store opened. The clerk even called the regional manager, after I insisted, and she said the same. I told her I would tell everyone about this treatment and they have records of my patronage and purchases- probably amounting to thousands of dollars since they have opened. Plenty of purchases for myself and others over the years as well as referrals. No more, I will let everyone I know to tell everyone they know to ban this store.

The store lost thousands of dollars of income for about 40 bucks or less. Ignorant people.

In addition, when I told the clerk one of the batteries came apart she asked if I had pulled it apart. She was implying I had caused the damage. Really!!!!!! The other battery simply never worked at all.
