Toy It Up Rentals

We rented 2 jet skis last minute and they were very good at accommodating us. Unfortunately the actual jet skis were not so awesome. One kept stalling and had a faulty gas gauge (would still drive but beeped loudly and made us a little paranoid that we would actually run out of gas even though we knew we had plenty) and the other kept over-heating so we had to let it sit for 30-40 mins at a time. However we still had fun. When we dropped them off, the employee told us they were pretty old and getting to the end of their life. He promised he'd call us Monday about getting a discount. Monday came and no call. I saw all the bad reviews and started panicking a little bit. I called them on Wednesday and they were awesome. He not only gave us a full discount but a credit for another full day rental on a jet ski. They were very friendly and helpful so I'll give them another chance!

I have rented from Toyitup over the past 3 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I first rented a boat and I thought it was great. I rented their Centurion and my family had a blast in lake powell. We just rented some raptors for the dunes and they were great. I am glad to have a company like them close by.

This is the absolute worst company that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I rented a boat with them. We reserved the boat with over a months notice, when I went to pick it up they pulled out an older lower quality boat to hook to my truck. I explained that this boat was not the same one I had paid for they told me "tuff, that is what we have". They would not give me any discount for the lesser quality boat. They refused to give me any refund saying that I had signed the contract (which they gave me to sign before they showed us the boat). We ended up bringing the boat home and discovered it wasnt even registered. After that whole mess we started for our trip and the tire on the boat trailer blew, it turns out it wasnt even the right size for the trailer. I had to pay for a new tire. These people are completely dishonest and rent garbage. Avoid them at all cost!

They rented me a snowmobile that wouldn't start. Oh, yeah it was missing a bolt connecting the ski to the machine as well. They wouldn't give me my money back, but a credit and that was only if their mechanic couldn't start it. Since I needed both machines that I rented it basically rendered the one that worked useless. I was super pissed. If you still want to rent from these guys you better get insurance.



PS. It happened earlier this year. I just want people to know how this company rolls.

Also, two weeks prior I had rented 2 machines for about a week and spent $3800 and I have problems with a one day rental and they treated me like a thief.

Look Out! They will take your deposit and not give it back. They do not respond to phone calls about why the deposit has been kept. Right now I have a dispute filed through mastercard and they do not answer their calls.

BEWARE this company is operating in our national parks illeagally. Your rental could be confinscated by authorities at any time during your vacation and you will be left with nothing.

We were looking for a place to rent some atv's and we found sooooo much more. Toyitup has a lot of the toys that we were thinking of buying. To make things better, it is cheaper to rent and we do not have to worry about the costs associated with buying. We rented some new yamaha snowmobiles and they were great. I can't wait to take out their atv's and jet skis. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent toys.

Wow I never knew just how much fun this could be. My husband and I have debated on buying an Atv. We never thought it would be easier to rent. Beleive me it is! No maitanence No worries! We rented some snowmobiles from JJ and we had a blast! We cant wait for summer so we can rent some waverunners! How cool is it to not have to buy all these toys when you can just go rent them when you want them! We can't wait for summer now!
