Service

Spencer and Chace helped me and were very thorough and informative. Chace was only in training and his knowledge of the products, apps and features was pretty incredible. Both were very professional and if they did know the answer, they found out in a matter of seconds. They didn't try to push me to buy the most expensive things. They helped me make the best decision for my needs and even helped me check the refurb store. Appreciated both of these guys very much!

Made one review about store being Bias .come back to store all the black people came out from the back not one of them acknowledge me . One black associate a Young lady stood by the table did not acknowledge us at all wow

I'm having all the same problems. I hate this iphone and what a horrible waste of money. I'v been to AT&T four times and Apple twice. Still nothing. My WiFi and Bluetooth do not work correctly and I have a dead battery within 3 hours.

Really POOR customer service. I had issues with itunes and my new iphone. Tried to back up the music from my phone to itunes (like Apple says), and it would not back up into itunes, Apple phone support told me to back it up and we did, only to find we lost all the music and unable to recover it with 2 hours on the phone with them. A supervisor set it up for me to take my Imac (Which Died) but at least have my music they lost on it, to the store to get it recovered at no cost. This stre had instructions from the Apple Tech, and ignored it, telling me it was my fault and they would not do this. Screw you Southlake Apple Store. FYI, Itunes DOES NOT back up your music, and secondly, if you have a computer synced with an itunes library, and unable to disable it on that computer, you are screwed trying to do anything on a new one, and can NOT disable it, as it still gives you errors. As for blaming the customers for things, own up to misleading the public! So bad this does not have -10 on the scale, cause that is what you all deserve.

Went to the Apple Store. The staff was very friendly and I was shocked I didn't have to wait long as previously I had. My phone is back to new!

Rude Customer Service. I called to inquire about warranty on 11 mth old IPAD. I thought to buy a new one today since its black Friday. Roland knew nothing was useless and then hung up on me. I wont be buying anything there.
