Domino's Pizza

This customer was very rude! The pizza sizes are large(16''), medium(14") small(12''). This customer obviously can not see the difference between the size of Pizza House pizza and Domino's pizza.While other places have large sizes at 14" or 12" this customer is trying to make Pizza House look bad. This restaurant is amazing! Just because the customer is always right, that does not give them the right to take advantage of the business. He obviously wanted to eat for free, and when he could not get what he wanted he got very angry and said these things. Southington Pizza House is the best pizza in Southington, CT. Go try it, you wont regret it. Same delicious taste since 1958 and still under management of nice people :)

The large pizza was smaller than most I've seen and when I explained to the clerk that it looked "smaller", he explained that it wasn't a "small" pizza...total miscommunication. I left the restaurant but it still bothered me (especially at $15) so I called shortly after leaving to ask for my money back. The clerk proceeded to yell and scream at me, refer me to the manager, and then hang up the phone on me!! Needless to say, I won't be going back. :(
