        Overall

        Don't trust them. They will tell you anything to get you to switch to Sprint. They told us our bill would be about $100 per month plus taxes. It ended up being $148 per month. Was told our employee discount was going to be $21 a month. It was actually only $9. Was told insurance was $11 month for both phones. The price ended up being $11 each. Thought we were buying the phones but found out we were renting them and the amount per month was $10 more than the price given. We did get a credit on our bill after several calls and going to the store twice. We were told we had to talk to the the guy who sold us the phones and plan, but he was always "out to lunch".When we finally did reach him, he said he had been on vacation. He was very rude and told us we were wrong and if we didn't like it we could take our business elsewhere. But we still had to pay for the phones.
