Be Nails

The men in this Be Nails shop Are rude and
temperamental! They won’t do your nails as asked! They charge you extra for a different shape of nails !They don’t have anyone that do designs! Ask for Tina or Anna! Otherwise go somewhere else!

I went in for a shellac polish change. I had Ken as my nail tech. He was clearly in a race to get my nails finished in record time. He used the cuticle scissors and cut into my skin on the sides of my nails FOUR times. I said “OW” each time and thought he might be more gentle. He either didn’t hear me (which I highly doubt) or didn’t care. He just kept working. I have three open wounds that have dried blood in them. I have to use Neosporin for relief. He was very aggressive in all aspects. At the end, he dug his nails into the sides of my nail bed to file and then cut into the skin on a couple of my nails. This was the worst and most painful experience I have ever had. I will not be back.

Very rude. I didn't like the polish color on my nail and the gentleman got an attitude and they started speaking in their language. Just poor service. Not worth my hard earned money.

They did a horrible job. $41.00 is kind of expensive for a Mani/pedi. They did not scrapecmy feet, rub them or my hands.I will just have to go back to magic nails in Pontiac. It's well worth the trip. Very disappointed.

I must say I Love be nails, I'm there every two weeks I'm on my way there now service is prompt and satisfactory

Very nasty techs. The chick at the front door has no personality. They don't honor appointments. They put fake nails on children (has to be illegal somewhere)
Brian (table #3) will not show up for appointments, and talks/texts the entire time he does your nails
Oh yeah...they talk about their customers and have loud outbreaks of laughter while you sit in their presence!

While I waiting for my mani-pedi to begin no one seemed to know who was assigned to me. The pedi lasted about 5 minutes. The massage was rushed and the scrubbed my foot raw. I will never return. I felt as though I was an inconvenience. It's a pretty salon. Too bad.

Ann did a great job on my shellac. I didn't have to worry about any chipping. They lasted for about 2 1/2 weeks, which was surprising because I keep my hands in water. Also, they have good customer service at this salon.
