        Overall

        Shawn L is so right. Either you're transferred, and you're sent back to a call loop where you're asked again and AGAIN what you're calling for, OR someone at the store answers, says "one minute," and you're put on hold, and the person never returns. It's ridiculous. Why does Southaven even have a call service? No one answers and helps the customers. No wonder Lowes at the Southaven store is crowded during covid-19, no one answers the phone.
