        My daughter recently moved out of this place. She was hit with extra charges that weren't on the lease, this I know because I pay all the bills and I never saw any of the extras when we first signed the lease.She occupied a unit that nearly every morning, there was loud noise coming either from the neighbors, or garbage removal, or leaf blowing maintenance.Not worth the headache.
