HORRIBLE Customer Service! Specifically RACHEL and CHRIS! I am a local and I will NEVER rent from here again! I will also be sure that none of my friends or family rent from here either! I cannot believe the absolute lack of compassion and interest in our satisfaction! My husband was 30 minutes late to pick up the car we reserved and RACHEL and they had given our car away! She rudely told my husband that we have 1 hour to pick up the car, although I cannot find that "rule" anywhere on the website. We were forced to upgrade. Then when my husband attempted to fill up the gas tank, the gas door would not open. He took the car back to the rental place and CHRIS was less than sympathetic. So incredibly rude! I will be boycotting Enterprise!!!!!!
