I've rented from them 3 seperate times and are always very pleasant and proffesional. Renting a new place is always stressful, but these guys made it fairly easy. They told me how the application process works, which is like any other company here and are very clear. They told me what they needed to help get my application approved. They always let me know what they need to make sure everything is working properly in the house. Everyone is comfortably pleasant and don't force a smile when they see you, unlike other places. I definitly recomend this rental office to every serious renter!
