Great Clips

I was really disappointed with the stylist. She gave me the worst haircut ever. She was really rough with my hair. When she was cutting my hair she wasn't looking what she was doing. She didn't even acknowledge that I asked for a shampoo until after I got my haircut. She was also really rude. She made mean comments about my hair. When I got home my hair was soaking wet and there were several parts in my hair that were uneven. I had to go to a different stylist the same night to get my hair fixed. Definitely, never going back again.

This was the worst haircut ever. On 7/9/14 I went to this location and had a haircut by Eleisa. I should have been worried when the cut took less than 10 minutes, she didn't section out my hair and sent me out with a dripping wet head! At the time I was so shocked, I signed my receipt and even gave her a tip. Once I got home and my hair dried, I had sections of hair that were literally hanging down an inch and a half lower than the fairly simple bob I asked for. There were no layers and no framing - both of which I asked for. I was so appaled, I went - in tears - to another salon and paid for another hair cut that night. The stylist at the second salon said I had the worst haircut she had ever seen and asked if I let a 4 year old play with scissors on my head! She said it looked like someone had gathered my hair in a pony tail and just hacked it off. PLEASE get Eleisa some more training before you let her loose on another head of hair. As it is, my $14 haircut turned into a $60 fix job at a reputable salon. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for. I won't be returning.
