Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana

I'm glad I called ever everdry, they came out inspected my residence and let me know what needed to be done, there on time everyday, very professional and nice and they did a great job and cleaned up very well. Thanks Everdry.....

They were prompt in getting started, did not waste any time and were courteous and careful with my property. Additional pea gravel was used in a small flower garden around my home.

We are very pleased with Everdry Waterproofing they did our house inside and outside in the 80's never have had a problem and if I do I pay them $25.00 a year for anything goes wrong they fix it. I have had to have a pump and some other minor things done and they were right on it everytime I needed them, very good company would recommend them I would back them up anytime.

Review: My experience with EverDry was great! Getting involved in such a big project with some actual 'unknowns' was a bit scary. Had basement waterproofed in December of 2015. Had a few minor issues early in the process, but Everdry came back out and fixed them. As of January , 2022, our basement is dry.

Update 2/17/22 - After nearly two months of back-and-forth contacting the South Bend location to pay for my "lifetime" warranty renewal (since I had been informed that they were taking over accounts in Fort Wayne) they informed me that they would not be honoring warranties from Fort Wayne customers, even though they told me beforehand that they would be.
As a result, I'm modifying this rating/review, as the basement remains dry, but if anything happens going forward, apparently, it won't be covered, making my over 6 year investment worthless.

So far our only experience with Everdry of Michiana has been to replace a sump pump. There was some confusion regarding our warranty, as the system was originally installed by Everdry of Ft Wayne. Jayne and Sara were both very pleasant to work with in sorting out this big headache and I really appreciate that. Once things were sorted out, someone was out the next day as promised and quickly replaced the pump. They seem much more professional and on top of things than the Ft Wayne business.

I was contacted by Everdry about doing free testing to check for mold. Being a new homeowner I thought this was a great idea and it was free so even better. To my surprise mold was detected. I’ve had a positive experience the complete process. Even when I discovered how bad the mold was (black mold) I could tell the lead was very sympathetic with me. Customer service has been amazing and very friendly each time I’ve needed to call.
Another perk I really like is that I have a lifetime warranty that’s transferable if I choose to sell my house. Jm

They were great to work with; they had a rep come out quickly to inspect out our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed.

Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. Griffith - Everydry waterproofed my basement many years ago. They did an excellent job. They have made a few upkeep visits over the years, but my basement remains in good shape. The technicians that come out are very helpful and willing to answer questions. I am very pleased with the work that they have done to my basement.

We have had our Everdry systems for about 15 years and never once had to worry during the rainy season. After all this time we are very happy with our investment. Initial work was completed with lightning speed, staff was friendly and respectful. We were also impressed with the quality of work. This company was in place when i purchased my home 3 years ago, and i have never had any issues with dampness or flooding. I maintain the annual warranty and in the once occurrence where i called them with a sump pump issue, they came out and solved the problem very quickly and at no cost. When we purchased our home it came with an Everdry Warranty as the previous owner had used them for waterproofing the house. The warranty was so easy to transfer into our name and the customer service was very friendly. Then, when we had an issue with water due to torrential storms, the staff and technicians were friendly, caring, prompt, and thorough in taking steps to prevent future issues that were not even really their fault. From Greg coming to spend time at the home going over the procedure and material, to the crews showing up on time daily. The crew did a fabulous job covering and protecting all the shelves from the dust. The crews worked hard hand digging 9 feet to repair all cracks in the wall.
Now our basement is dry and finished to the point we can enjoy more living space.

With the rising lake levels a few years ago, our basement (on a lake) was starting to see water coming in. We called everdry, they were very prompt and offered a few different solutions. They came out when scheduled, performed the work they said they would and cleaned up afterwards. One major item to point out is that the first process they put in place, helped a little, but didn't fix it. They came back out three times and kept putting additional measures in place until it took care of the water. DT, paw paw, MI.

Everdry waterproofed out crawl space about 14 years ago. Their service rep was prompt, professional and informative. We were drawn to the lifetime guarantee and signed a contract.
The crew was punctual and hard working, finishing earlier than expected. We were impressed with how well they protected our flooring when carrying out buckets of concrete and how well they cleaned up. We have had to call a couple of times for small problems and were extremely pleased with the speed in which someone was here to fix them. I have recommended Everdry to many friends knowing they will not be dissatisfied.
