Autoteam Car, Van & RV Rental

Great service and friendly people! I rent from Autoteam when visiting my friends and family back home in Central Jersey. I live in NYC and I don't have a car so instead of renting from Zipcar which would cost me an arm and leg, I simply take the train to Perth Amboy and they pick me up no problem. Their cars are new and clean. I usually rent the Ford Focus. They are reliable and I highly recommend using their services!!

These folks are FANTASTIC!! I've rented several vehicles from them and, in every case, they've bent over backwards to work with me. The cars have been exactly what I've needed, their pricing is great, they're personable and very helpful. More, I've found them to be beyond reproach with their billing practices. Great, great business....!!

Great experience. Edna is wonderful. She guided us thru the rental process with ease and answered all questions. Our driver was on time for our pickup at EWR . The rental car was clean and we used it for one week with no problems. Return was easy and our trip back to EWR was no problem. This is a great deal

compared to the nat'l chains.

This was a great experience!! We were treated very fairly, our car rental was clean and ran like a clock. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. Most important, it was very inexpensive compared to other agencies in the area. We will use them again, in fact, we already have!

Steer clear of this business. We rented a Ford Taurus for one week while in NJ and it was difficult working with these people on their rental cars. Our flight was delayed 45 mins. coming into NJ which put us after 5pm, we were not told that their office closes at 5 and after-hours pickup is another $100. After driving the vehicle 5-10 minutes, it was apparent it badly needed an alignment and was a very rough ride. When returning the vehicle, we called ahead to let them know when we would be there so they could prepare to shuttle us back to the airport. Upon arrival, we paid our bill and waited 10 minutes for the drivers to bring us to the airport. When asking the front desk if they were on their way, I received a scalding reprimand about how they have done nothing but try to help us and all we have done is complain and we should be happy we are able to travel as so many people don't get that opportunity. If you want to deal with headaches while traveling, please rent from this business!

This guys are great, they picked me up promply at Newark and were supernice. The car was great. Really super nice professinal people and a independent company. I will use you anytime I come in to NYC.
