A Allstar Sky-View Taxi

Dispatcher is extremely rude. I called them for picking me up at 5am in the morning to go to airport and he tried to charge me $120 for 30 miles that is because it is before 6 am in the morning. I confirmed because it is their policy and there was no any other option for me at that time.



I found another company and they charge $80 for it and I called Skyview back to cancel it. First I started to remind myself and I asked "do you remember me?" he said" how can i forget?" his voice was sarcastic and I said I want to cancel it and he shut the phone to my face. I thought the connection was interrupted and called them back again and he picked up the phone with anger and he started to yell to me "What do you want now?! you canceled it and you are calling me back again! what do you want?



I just said "I was gonna say have a nice day" and he said" no no no you people are ruining our day! and he hang up the phone to my face again.



Please be aware from this type of businesses. I live in Somerville and I have already submitted my complaints about Skyview Taxi to the Somerville Municipality. I will make couple serious complaints about this problem to the another institutions as well.



People should be aware of this business. They must take some kind of action against them. I will never stop to follow up this issue until they will get some serious warning from public authorities.
