Do NOT bring your car here! I trusted these people for years even though I suspected that they were a bit sloppy. I totally believed, however, that they were giving me good prices while they kept my old car running, which is what I wanted. That is, until now. Back in June they "fixed" my muffler/exhaust system and they charged me almost $300. After it recently started falling apart again, with a noise so loud the earth was shaking, and with the "check engine" light on, I went back. First they said a tune-up would take care of it but that they would check the exhaust system. When I picked up the car, after the shop had closed, I realized the earth-shaking noise was still there. Brought it back.. and, as I found out later, they put on some silly putty to "fix" their messy welding job from June. Of course, next day the "check engine" light was on again. Very frustrated by now, I had 2 different places take a look at the job Pat's did. They were both horrified with the level of sloppiness. One called it a Mickey-Mouse/backyard job! Pat's had used a clothes/wire hanger to hold the exhaust pipe and a hose clamp to hold the muffler. They had charged me $56 for, what I know now, is a $1 clamp, which, by the way, was the only "new" part they added. They left the exhaust full of holes and they knew it. They robbed me. Sad thing is that clearly they don't take pride in doing a good job nor do they care about losing customers. This family has had a financial empire in Somerville for decades. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Pats Auto Body does work that is poor quality and extremely sloppy. They scam customers into the shop with lower prices, but return your vehicle with repairs that aren't done correctly or smeared with adhesive and sealant. Their work is messy and the workmanship is poor. They also aren't willing to fix a job they did poorly and won't work with a customer who is dissatisfied.

WHAT A BUNCH OF F****G HACKS I WOULDNT LET THEM PUT AIR IN MY TIRE IF IT WAS FLAT SOME HOW THEY WOULD F**K IT UP NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES EVEN HAVE GREEN CARDS THEY FIXED MY CAR I MADE IT 30 FEET FROM THE BUILDING AND HAD TO PUSH IT BACK
