Lowes Of Smyrna Tennessee

I have used Lowes for the last six years for different home improvement projects only to be disappointed every time. I spent over $3,000 on carpet which was not stretched correctly & looks 20 years old already, I had wood laminate flooring put in my kitchen which has a few blemishes but even though I didn't feel it was laid properly I dealt with without complaint. I purchased a new stove & refrigerator & the oven light went out in the first week & when they delivered the appliances the bottom plastic piece was handed to me to put on, which I found out is broken & will not stay on so it is still sitting in my closet instead of on the front of the refrigerator covering water lines etc. The latest disappointment was a shed I purchased about a year ago, when I went in there this morning to retrieve my mower I noticed thousands of termites. I realize now that I was a complete fool to think Lowes cares about customer service.I am finished with your store!
