Never schedule with these unprofessional rude and unorganized office. Scheduled over a month ago for a filling when I arrived to my appointment at 8 am I was called to the consultation room by one lady who explained I was getting some fillings done today then an hour later Crystal came in and said no I don't know why they scheduled you today there's no time for a filling and led out by Lily who said I have to reschedule because Dr. Ogunpide said I was supposed to have a cleaning first. This is the second time they overbook and had me wait then reschedule.

I take all of my four children for dental and orthodontist needs. The staff is always friendly and professional. The dentists and orthodontists are top notch! Today was a busy day. Even though the dentist was kind enough to double book my son for an appointment, I ended up being late due to 285 construction traffic. Marta was kind and understanding and was willing to help. I told her that I am know I may have to reschedule but she checked and saw an opening and was able to move my son on the schedule. Instead of being quick to state the obvious that I was too late to my appointment, she took the time and checked and found an opening! My son was able to complete his treatment today and all turned out well! No matter how busy she is, every time I come, Marta is sweet, kind and caring. She is a hard worker and gets the job done.

Everytime I have come to this location I've had to wait a minimum of 1 hour to be even called on, and that's WITH an appointment AND arriving 15 minutes early. The play area clearly never gets cleaned. My kids complain that it smells like feet, which it does. This place gives me a headache.

This place is the absolute worse. Appointment was at 930 got there about 10 minutes early. Still didn't get out until a few minutes before 12 noon. And all the kids were getting was a cleaning. Everybody that came after them came and left. I will def not be back here every again!!!

Horrid! Only 1 Dr I will now let near my child. They may know the mechanics of what to do, but too few Drs have the ability to deal with parents. Heaven forbid you should try to advocate for your child! Just because they talk about normal this and normal that based on research doesnt mean my child falls within the norm. So how are you going to adjust the treatment if 1 of the other Drs there has told me that my child has needs outside the norm!!!! Dont stand there and tell me you read a file when you cant answer that question!!!

While I was there my car was hit by another patient. Of course this is not there fault but when I went insure of kool smiles to get info on the patient that just walked out the door they said I had to call the police in order to release the info. Ok I understand. But of course when the police arrive the young lady at the front (African American two braids going back) told the police she can't remember the people that I described. Now anyone with common sense would have taken note or put a star by the person who just left when I first came in to notify them. This lets me know that this location hire those with a nut as a brain I mean this lady had 0 common sense the police even said that it was ridiculous and all she could say was "it's only my third day" three days three months or three years common sense should already be installed.

I'm Terrified Of Shots But Everytime I Go For A Check-Up Or Fill-In The Staff Is Extremely Caring & Considérate. Miss Ardeita, especially , She Always Offers A Kind Word & Helps Me Through The Shot. I have been coming here for almost ten years and this is the worst staff I ever experienced !!!! My last three appointments I had to sit and wait over 2 hrs for my daughter and son to get what is consider a major procedure and she hAs been in pain every time I have been back and fourth to this office for two months and I am completely disgusted with the service and the poor management the information they have on the door is missing number to the phone numbers also one of my visits about a month ago the whole staff was in a meeting / lunch for over 40 minutes and nobody was there to greet me and my family. Instead it was a sign that's said login we will be back at so and so time and liteatlly was 20minutea late to the time they wrote on the paper. This definitely has to deal with poor management because this was oncee the friendliest and comforts dentist office for my family I am definitely reconsidering stepping 1 foot in this place again. I live approximately 5 minutes from here.

I've been going to Kool Smiles since I was a kid. I am 18 now. Ardeita is so sweet and makes the experience of getting my cavities filled a lot less uncomfortable
