The people are nice but there is one guy there, I think from Africa, who is horribly mean, no customer service attributes. very rude. They never have samples or testers, so in order to try a pea size amount of product my mom and I got told off and and some nasty faces from this African man. I come from Alpharetta to buy my products from them and I get slapped in the faced for it. I will not come back here ever. Every time I go there I get followed around the store like a criminal. the cashier/ manager or owner is super nice and has a great attitude, but that guy ruined it for me. I will tell people about this man by word of mouth and other reviews. The only reason I gave it one star was because of the other nice people there besides that ... NO STARS...

I agree with shopper above great customer service, they are very helpful, the guy that was there the last time I went in really helped me with my selection and I appreciate that he sold me what fit my description of what I was trying to achieve instead of just pushing the most expensive he had in stock. Also there is nothing like going into a store speaking with the sales people and being able to understand what they are saying at the same time knowing that understand you as well

I absolutely LOVE shopping here. You receive excellent customer service, reasonable prices and everyone who works there does their best to help you. I live 30 minutes away now and still prefer them to any beauty supply store in my area.
