I tried a local, larger HVAC company first, who didn't even open the A/C unit and told me it was best to buy a new unit. That wasn't enough though; they proceed to tell me that if they put in a new A/C unit, they would also have to replace my furnace, to the tune of $7,200.



Needless to say, I didn't have $7,200, so i tried Jeff at the recommendation of my neighbor. He came in, found the problem and fixed it for less than $350.00.
