Keith Seafood

I've been a customer there for years and enjoy all I've gotten there which is sandwiches, boiled shrimp, crawfish, and crabs.

Never had a problem, always polite and efficient.

Got 20lbs.of raw shrimp that had black like tar on the heads and feet has anyone else had this problem

Use to love Keith's Seafood. Until today I brought some catfish when I went home to cook it it smelled bad and it was bad! I took it back and the manager wouldn't give me my money back or some FRESH catfish he said once you walk out the store you get no refund. Please check your food. I will never go there again and I'm reporting them to the Better Business B. I got $50.00 of bad meat!! Thanks KEITH'S SEAFOOD

1st time i had crawfish there it was good so went back today to get some. Usually boil my own but since it was only 2 other people and myself i didnt want to bother and figured itll b easier just to get some already boiled. Got 15lbs and came home n found out it wasnt all louisiana crawfish that i got. In the batch there were some nasty tasting crawfish that tasted like rubber.. my opinion..frozen crawfish. I called and told the owner. He adviced me to bring it back so i did. Went back and was told he could do nothing about it. I was like wtf and almost got in a fight with one of the worker. I went on here and read some reviews and found the review from earl p. I agree im never going to this establishment again. Smh shame what people will do, but itll catch up to them.

I had the pleasure of buying some bad catfish form keith's yesterday. When we called Keiths to inform him there might be something wrong .He wanted what was left of the uncooked fish. My wife went to bring it to him . After waiting for customers in store to leave not to make a seen.. My wife was called a damn liar and Keiths refused to do anything but call her damn lair. If this is the treatment you like now you know where to shop ..........

All of this was over a 2 pound catfish order.

I hope Keiths enjoys the 13.00 I gave it 1 star because I had to to list this..............................

The poboys and gumbo are amazing and the boiled seafood is always just how I like it!! Definately the best seafood around!! A must try!
