Criminals!! Ripped off my college son and his friend!! BUYER BEWARE!! NEVER, NEVER do business with this place!! COMPLETELY took advantage of someone in desperate need! We were helping out my son’s friend to get a working phone. Gave my son a brand new, never used iPhone 5S 32 GB AT&T phone that we had and said, give it to your friend. They took it to this place to exchange it for one that would work with his friend’s Sprint provider. The people here scammed them, took a brand new never used phone and exchanged it for a used iPhone 5 -16 GB and charged them almost $50 for it! We said, just get our phone and money back!!! Surprise...NO REFUNDS!!! But offered to sell us our phone back for $150!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! COMPLETELY UNETHICAL!!!!! We were helping someone in need...NOT FOR THESE SCUM BAGS TO RIP THEM OFF!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible communication. I appreciated the effort in the beginning and their willingness to accommodate with my financial situation. Was originally quoted my broken phone returned after 3 business days. Went 3 whole weeks with no correspondence from them. I had to call twice to find out they shipped my phone to an out-of-state company, and then find out they got it back and I ended up having to buy a new phone. Which I would've done in the first place had they told me it was going to be so long. Would not recommend to anyone I was very frustrated with the way the manager handled my situation.

Came in right away in the morning on a holiday of all days they got me in had my screen in stock and had it fix in a little over an hour! Which is beyond fantastic! Only missing a star due to the lady I first talked with refused to give me an estimated time it would be finish said they had no way to know... But they ended up still getting fixed incredibly fast! Would definitely recommend

This place went way above and beyond. Seemed to really really really know the ins and outs of cell phones. Not just another cell phone company. My cell phone SPOT from now on

Really went above and beyond for my son. Helped set up an icloud account for free. They also helped get autopay set up on my prepaid account. They sell tons and tons of prepaid sim cards!

Took my phone in to get fixed. They "fixed" it. Took it home and had issues with it. Brought it back, the more they worked on it, the worse it got. Doesn't even turn on now. Asked him how that works. He told me, "that's electronics." Offered to take my phone in on trade so I could buy a$500 used phone. Nope. Then put parts in I didn't authorize and wanted me to pay for it. Nope. I would have been better off to walk to the bridge East of the store and throw my phone in the river. Never will I go there again. Worst experience ever.

People very nice but three trips back to the place and $300 later they were still unable to get my device working properly.

I will never recommend this place to anyone please try to stay away as much as possible i feel like i'v been scammed the charge me over $100 for the labor and they weren't able to fix my phone.

Guaranteed sim cards, but they do not work with 4g LTE for straight talk. On attempting to go in and refund they refuse. Read their sales slip carefully... And you will be surprised how many ways they will screw you. There was no notification prior to purchase that there is not refunds... Previously purchased 2 phones and they both lasted a good 60 days...

Never buy from The Cell Phone Guy! They did not inform me of the no return policy, and would not let me return a phone my 15 year old daughter bought one day later. Completely unethical!

AVOID AT ALL COST. JOSH H (SALES ID 41895) RIPPED OF MY 15 YEAR OLD SON. YOU CAN BUY A REFURBISH PHONE ON LINE CHEAPER THAN WHAT YOU WILL END UP PAYING HERE. WE PAID OVER $500 DOLLARS AND DON'T HAVE A CELL PHONE CHARGER TO SHOW FOR IT!! WHEN WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CELL PHONE HE STATED HE WOULD NOT GIVE HIM A REFUND AS STATED ON THE RECEIPT. WHEN ASKED WHY THIS INFORMATION WASN'T POINTED OUT TO US BEFORE SIGNING, HE STATED, "YOU DIDN'T ASK." WILL BE FILING A REPORT WITH CONSUMER PROTECTIONS.

Very good. We tried another repair shop they should they could not fix the charging port on my phone. They couldnt but The Cell Phone Guy could.

I had the worse experience with this repair shop. They didn't correctly estimate time of repair, instead it took twice as long as originally quoted. Because they grossly under estimate the time they did a shotty job to keep me from calling. The repair tech failed to fully secure the glass on screen that it eventually started collecting humidity and trapped air. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else or buy a new phone. I will never bring my phone there and I won't recommend this to fix anything.

If you want a place were the people are ever-ready to help you with such an enthusiastic, professional spirit... The cell phone guy is the place! :) they are phone-fixers and they are there to help out in the best way they can!!! I sent my iPhone there and it came back better!

I went in at 6:45 pm only 15 minutes before they closed. I was still able to get my iPhone 4s power button fixed before they closed. Amazing service.....I live out of town and these guys got it done in 15 minutes.

My daughter had a variety of issues with her iPhone 4S. We had a previous experience with another shop in town that was less than satisfactory. We decided to try The Cell Phone Guy. WOW! They knew their stuff and were able to explain it in a way that we understood the problems. They presented all the the options for repair and were courteous to boot! I hope my family does a better job of protecting their phones, but if something does happen I know that The Cell Phone Guy will be my next stop!

This place was amazing. They had an amazing selection of used cell phones. I went in thinking maybe 20 used phones....no they had like 400. Seriously cases and cases and cases of used cell phones for all companies. I had a bad experience at another place in town, and the guys said they warranty their items for 99 days. I thought hey that is 3 times anyone else. Great work The Cell Phone Guys. Thanks for my droid! I will be back in the future......Thanks again!
