I would recommend them highly. They did a great job on plugged drains in my house and charged a very reasonable price.
I had them out at the end of March to fix a leak that was coming from my main floor bathroom into the basement. He looked around and said he thought it was from the toilet. So, he proceeded to rip apart the toilet and decided that it needed a new rubber seal. So, he proceeded to lollygag around town to multiple stores to try to find this piece. He finally returns and tells me the problem is fixed and there should be no more leak.
I call them back a few days later and tell them there’s still a leak. So, they send another guy over, who tells me what I’m seeing must be condensation or something.
I’m getting ready to sell the house, and have it inspected before the sale. He found leak into the basement AND the toilet is loose.
I’ve already had people try to come find this leak TWICE, and there’s no way the toilet should be loose after only having been used for about a month after being repaired. They tell me it’s not their problem, and want to charge me AGAIN. No, thank you.
We needed an after hour emergency quick fix to get our water back on and they got it done in less than an hour from the time my husband told me to call.
