Floyd Food & Fuel

I've never been there before because it looks dirty on the outside, but I needed gas. So I put my card in the gas pump and nothing happened, so I went inside to prepay with the clerk. She was wearing a dirty ripped up Floyd Food and Fuel shirt and her hair was a mangled mess. She didn't know how to prepay 40$ in gas and pushed a bunch of buttons out of stupidity; printed a reciept and 'accidentally' closed her register. So since she didn't know what she was doing I just asked for my card back and pulled to the next pump, well the pump only allowed 13$ in gas and stated 'see clerk inside'.. HELLS TO THE F*** NO. I left, my card instantly had a zero balance when I had 90$. I went back the dirty gas station, showed the lady my card activity which now shows a 74$ charge for something and my 13$ in gas. She couldn't explain it, didn't give me a refund, wouldn't give me cash when she personally knows I can't put 74$ in gas into an Intrepid. The man behind the counter said if I didn't buy anything then the money will be automatically refunded. Which neither of them were processing a refund, probably wasn't explained in training. The lady said she can't give me cash because then she'll be short to which I replied I'M SHORT IN THIS EQUATION. I got the managers number because neither of them knew what the charge was for nor what they were talking about. If it's a hold on funds that's ridiculous because no gas station should legally be allowed to hold 74$ for gas or for anything for that matter. After calling the manager she seemed irritated that she should be talking about work on a Sunday, said she'd look at it Monday.



All in all, the place is disgusting, the employees are unprofessional, dirty and rude. Everything is overpriced probably because it's failing. I would never go there again in my life except to be paid 74$. DO NOT GO HERE, that is all
