Grand American Tire

Pulled in to have my AC serviced, I was quoted $29.95. I was told to take my car to the last bay and ask the mechanic if he had time to do it. As I drove passed the empty bays all the employees were huddled together laughing and goofing around. The last bay had no cars in it and when I asked the mechanic about the service he became annoyed and said he was busy, he watched me scanning the empty bays for any sign of work being done and very quickly he says,
“ pull your car in and I’ll check it, that will cost $49.95 “. I told him the advertised price was $29.95 and I was told to take it or leave it , $49.95 was the cost. Beware of these guys, they don’t speak English and they may not even know what they are doing. It’s a bait & switch shop

A diamond in the rough. Incredibly happy I came here before going back to dealership. Found out I was being grossly overcharged by the dealership. So friendly here. Great mechanics, fast and Greg the service manager really took care of my car. Super nice too.

I refer these guys to everyone. I take my work truck to them and they always fix it in a timely manner. Eddie is the greatest!

Why pay more, because you have too. Don't be fooled by low Chinese tire prices. I got fooled and regret it. Ask for mileage warranty in writing. They look stone faced when I walked in to the canoga park store with a receipt. Take your business to another shop with a great reputation.

I walked into the place looks dirty and old. They gave a quote and I decided to take it home. The guy behind the counter asked me why I was leaving and I said I wanted to check out another tire store in the area. He used a bad tone with me and said that I won't find anyone cheaper. Well mister, I did for$50 cheaper at tire man. No thanks mr. Grand American.

Always come here for great prices and service. I usually went to see Jonathan, but they said he left a few months ago. The price was the same but the service was soooo slow. 3 guys looking at each other while my car was on the rack for 30. All I came in for was an oil change and rotation. Then they tried to sell me some other stuff and I declined. They seemed mad after that. I hope to find out where Jonathan went. Thank you

Do not be fooled by the Chinese tires that these guys sell. They are cheap garbage. No mileage warranty and they do not stand by it. Buyer beware!!!!!

went in needing a new valve stem, was barely out of the truck before they were on it and moving it into the service bay. friendly and prompt, rare in most auto service shops of late.

I recently visited this store and purchased 4 tires and an alignment. I had shopped around the entire valley and they had the lowest price which was nice but their service was even better than the price everyone there was very knowledgeable and Great. If you need anything done to your car I would recommend them hands down to anyone!
