Friendly staff, Very Reasonable, Family Environment, My son loved his first day here. The coaches seem to know what they are doing. I think this gym is a perfect match for my son.

I have Parkinson’s and just started working with Coach Dave. He is observant, encouraging and supportive. He is committed to helping me with balance, posture, coordination as well as my gait. Exactly what I need.

I am 73 yr old who adopted 3 siblings (males) we live in upper MoCo. Long story who I found Rec-Mode Fitness/Boxing. As I was driving from Gtwn, I thought this is a long ride and I told the boys IDK if I can do this on regular basis. We felt like family going into the facility with everyone, extremely plesant set-up, everyone was participating, staff was professional, focus/attention on each individual, every child/adult there appeared to be serious with instructions while enjoying the planned agenda. My boys LOVED the hour they were there. I was extremely joyful watching them workout. To sum this comment up, I am now excited to make the drive to the facility several times each week. They made my boys happy with some serious skills and I am grateful I was able to find Rec-Mode. I am going to pray this business considers another location for Gburg, Germantown or Clarksburg area. We have nothing out this way that can compare to it for our children. The time and travel are worth the sacrific. I can see strength, coordination, control and self-esteem development manifest here. They have 10 rating, A+, gold star and excellence from me. KBrown

My daughter has just started at this facility and she feels very comfortable and convinced that she will learn and obtain the results she is looking for. The trainers know what they are doing, the staff are very friendly and they make you feel very good. We have tried different places and this is the one that has what we were looking for. Another important thing is that if you don't know anything about boxing, don't worry, they will teach you from scratch.

Found this business online when my son wanted to take boxing lessons. What a GREAT program. Very affordable, professional, and a positive environment for a young teen. So far I'm really pleased with Rec-Mode and I highly recommend checking this place out!

My family immediately felt at home. This family owned business has amazing office staff. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners. The gym is clean and sanitary. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We went to enroll our son and decided the adult program was also a good fit for me. I recommend you visit you won’t be sorry.

The trainers are very good breaking down the training into steps that even my eleven-year-old son picked-up quickly.

Rec-mode is awesome! The staff is really friendly and welcoming. Absolutely the best workout I’ve had in years. The coaches are always encouraging. Coach Dave is an excellent teacher and motivator. Coach Randolph is a drill sergeant and I love it! Coach Joy is just that a “joy” always full energy. If your looking for a great workout that keeps you challenged THIS IS THE PLACE!!
