        Ive been here maybe 10 times and the same nasty manager is there being rude to customers who didn't even ask for her help or advice. They ignore you at the register, take personal calls in front of you. Worst business I've seen in a while. Thought it was just a new store that needed to weed out bad employess, but things havent changed in years.

        One time i had a return and had to wait for the manager to come back from marshalls to approve the return, maybe 15 mins. I said I would come back when the manager was on duty...she said no shes almost here shes checking out. Very professional ����
