Pizza Hut

I've ordered pizzas here probably close to a dozen times, never had any issues with my order not being correct or ready when I got there. I typically order online and usually as a "order ahead" so I can pick it up when I get off work or whatever the case.

I live right up the road from the Pizza Hut in shepherdsville..yet it always says they do not deliver to our house. Makes no sense to my family and I. That is why we always end up ordering Papa Johns. When I call and ask they say they do deliver. If so I think you need to fix the link on the site. Im sure you would get more orders this way!

Can I get a negative star?? These niggas let me tell you! I called and ordered my stuff right and they say to get it in 35 minutes, so a little over 35 minutes later I pull in and they can't find my order they can't even find it in the system and they ask "are you sure it's this store?" And I reply, "this is the only Pizza Hut on 44 right?" They tell me there is a store up the road...spoiler alert THERE IS NO OTHER PIZZA HUT IN SHEPHERDSVILLE!!" But I leave and then i call the number I called and ask the location, they tell me and guess what I WAS AT THE RIFHT ONE!! So I tell them I was literally just in there and they told me it was the wrong place. Now the girl takes my number and retakes is like 40 gosh darn times. Like how dumb can you be. I am a very patient and polite person and didn't cop an attitude once but finally I told her just to cancel it. TF?! I won't be going back Papa Johns is way better!!!!!!!
