        Went to go visit one of my mother's neighbors that was at Bishop Wicke. Cannot for the life of me figure what is going on with this facility. Housekeeping dept seems to not care anymore. Rooms dusty. Bathrooms not as clean as should be. Noticed dept people with stained and holy uniforms. Friend was brought meal in room, cold and things on tray that should not have been because of diet restrictions. What is going on? Have visited numerous people here and Crosby Commons for the past few years. How can they let this place get this bad and who is responsible for it to be this bad. Is the staff supervised at all?
