        DO NOT use Whit Cook who is an...

        DO NOT use Whit Cook who is an affiliate of Ameriprise for anything!!! He is only interested in getting you in the door and then will put you in products that

        a) he doesn't explain properly / no disclosure to speak of

        b) tell you how hard it is to get out of the products he invests you in / more complicated the better, so you can't get out

        and

        c) if you ever want to leave Ameriprise, he will drop you, screw you over and you will have no one to help you with the transfer of your assets.



        bottom line is that he is a money grubbing scumbag and Ameriprise sucks! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. do yourself a favor and use a upstanding firm like Vanguard, or Fidelity. lower cost, better returns and way more disclosure so you don't get screwed like we did. have a pending case with FINRA for resolution at present time.
