Our Mission, Our food is made to order by pizza artisans using locally supplied ultra fresh ingredients. While many of our competitors use "pizza cheese" which is a blend of cheeses and fillers, we use 100% pure mozzarella and cheddar cheese shredded in-house. Their vegetables come pre-sliced, bagged, and soggy, but our produce is sliced or diced in our store guaranteeing you the freshest taste and texture possible.
