The hospital is visible from their facility
Just keep driving. Good doctors nurses get jobs there
They are forced to work there for a reason.

Well-key Right!!!!

I'm a local do not go there! Go to the UT medical clinic. They made sure to get my co-pay sent me to the back to see a

Nurse Practitioner. I told her my sugar was up she said she couldn't do nothing for me to go to the hospital. Didn't ask any questions or try to figure out the problems. This was on a Friday. Monday my family doctor asked about five questions and knew the answer I had walking pneumonia. The kicker is they billed my insurance 300 for seeing the Nurse Practitioner go figure. I think they had so many bad reviews is why they changed their name.

New to the area and no primary dr yet. My son who is asthmatic had cough body aches head ache went in and examined by a Nurse Practitioner that didn't even touch my son during the examination. Diagnosed him with having an upper respiratory infection was prescribed antibiotics and sent home. Next day was worse with fever. Returned and ask to see a doctor. Again examined and not even touched was given a flu test and it was positive. Will be finding a local true dr and leaving this place for the tourists. Nice facilty but educated staff is a joke and needs state medical examiner team take a look into their practice.

I took my wife to this urgent care yesterday and was overwhelmed with the experience! Being from Atlanta, we were a little concerned about what we might find in East Tennessee. I couldn't ask for a better experience. From the front office to the medical staff they were very courteous, friendly and caring. They treated her GI bug and dehydration with iv fluids and injectable a that did a world of good for her. The Doctor who saw her was very kind, thorough and professional. And yes, I did say Dr. Who saw her and treated her! This is one of the cleanest nicest urgent care facilities we have seen anywhere. We would definitely recommend them as top drawer! By the way they appear to be undergoing some sort of name change to Well-Key Urgent Care according to an information sheet they gave me. Again, EXCELLENT CARE!!!

Poor Customer Service

Awful...long wait both times my wife needed "urgent care." We were told her copay was 25$ so she paid it. That was 2 years ago. Now i get collections call saying we owe 50. I spoke with them who said they sent a statement which never came to me bexcause they had a completely wrong address. Now urgent care charged me a 25$ late fee because it was never paid. Kim in billing was rude and said she could not do anything. I am fine with paying the rest of what we owe (which we were never told until it went to collections...go to Ut clinic on middle creek for urgent care if you cant get into your primary doctor. They are more professional and do not bill the visit as urgent care but as a specialist so you will for sure save money and see a better physician quicker the urgently steal your money care...horrible experiences with urgent care...

They got slammed with patients right after 5 pm. They were efficient and friendly when I arrived. My wait was lengthy but reasonable for the number of people in the waiting room I was called back to the room and my information was entered into the system. that was where my good review ends. I didn't see another person for 1.5 hours. I wasn't checked on -- even though I said I was dizzy. No one did any pretests -- clearly a urine analysis and a blood sugar were in order. No one asked if I was thirsty -- after 2 hours, you would expect a medical center to be concerned -- even my hairdresser is concerned for my hydration. After freezing for most the past hour, I stood up -- still dizzy and asked if I could leave and come back a more appropriate time. Instead of asking what would make my wait more comfortable (a blanket, some water.) or give me an estimate of how long I need to hang on, they told me they advised against it but I could sign a paper and leave. They did apologize for the lengthy wait. No one made any attempt to fix it. And I am not even talking about moving me to the top of the list. Sitting in a cold straight back chair in a cold room was no fun. Being offered the chance to lay down and cover up with a blanket would have gone a long way to resolving my frustration. In the end, I left. And I won't go back. That is too bad.
