Tanger Outlets

Nice experience. Went to Polo and Ana was especially nice to us when no one greeted us but I witnessed other people being greeted and offered coupons. No one greeted us or offer us coupons. At checkout Ana was very courteous. Please just know everyone's money spends the same regardless of color.

Love my Tanger Membership! Been a member back when you had to renew annually for a cost! It has only gotten better through the years! So many places to go, so many stores and offers available. Love the perks that come with membership. Loved the most recent $10 GC for Earth Weekend....Just not sure why it wasn't done in an "e gift card" and saved the plastic! Love the app and ability to use at ALL TANGER Malls!

Right in the middle of tons of kids attractions is an adult reprieve! This outlet mall is huge and laid out so it takes advantage of every available space, which can be a problem for parking. The stores have every kind of sale imaginable! Good bargains can be found, but you have to walk to find them. Who doesn't need the exercise?

After vacationing in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge TN, we came to the Tanger Outlet Mall to do some school shopping for our daughter. I was not impressed with the coupon book that I was given as a "free $800 coupons" from our cabin rental. There were lots of stores to choose from which was nice, but not enough parking for the amount of people. There was not a coupon for every store and most of the store had better offers and coupons that were better than the coupon book I received. Basically, 1 coupon worked the rest were trash.

As always we had a great shopping experience at Tanger. We visit Five Oaks 6 to 7 times a year. We actually shop there more than we do at shopping centers closer to our home. They have a great selection of stores and the prices are always very reasonable. We appreciate all the special coupons and special deals we receive from Tanger as well as some of our favorite stores. We are looking forward to the Breast Cancer Month promotion.

I loved my shopping experience. I visited the Vera Bradley outlet store. Great selection and wonderful, friendly service. I was looking forward to going and now that I have, I'll definitely be back !!!!

We love this mall. So many stores to choose from. We stop there at least twice a year. Would love to see a Kenneth Cole store.

I forgot to buy something I wanted. I used the personal shopper program they offer. The staff was excellent at meeting my needs. Large variety of stores with super savings. 100% positive experience every time I have went.

It's an awesome place to shop ! There are so many wonderful shops to choose from. When you are close to such a great place, it's a blessing !

I love this place. My mom and I go frequently, we live an hour away. Great deals! I wish every store did military discount though.Only some do, which isn't fair.

Love the stores but do not appreciate the ones who do not honor Tanger coupons or offer a military discount

It's a nice outlet mall to where you can find just about everything you are looking for. I wish you could give 1/2 stars bc I would actually rate it 4 1/2. The reason being, is at Under Armor, I was only able to use the 20% coupon on only one item. But, my wife was able to use the 20% coupons for as many items as she had coupons. Also, the Nike store at Pigeon Forge has much better deals than Tanger outlets. So, if you're wanting Nike stuff, hold out for Pigeon Forge. Other than that, I love Tanger outlets.

We visit Gatlinburg every year for a family reunion and always find time to go to the Tanger Outlets. It's an awesome shopping experience because it has different stores than we have at our local Tanger Outlets (the Disney Store is one of our favorites).

Great shopping experience. Great stores. Good deals. The only bad thing is the parking and traffic. Not enough parking. Sidewalks and parking lots are not handicap friendly. There's not a lot of places to step down off the sidewalk to get to car with a walker, wheelchair or stroller.
