While vacationing in our rv we discovered our tow car tire was extremely low. I stopped into his shop to see what was the matter. Instead of trying to sell me a new tire, owner, Rick Dunn, suggested we see if it could be repaired. Sure enough, all it needed was a plug and now is air tight. They also notice a rear brake light was out, ordered our specialty lamp and popped it in as soon as it arrived (which was faster than I’d ever seen delivered). He was a gem to talk with as well, as extremely fair priced. If you EVER need any auto repairs, DONE RIGHT AUTO REPAIR/Rick Dunn is the place to go!

We were on vacation and had a nail in our tire on a Sunday and it was losing air. Done right was one of a couple places that were open . They were ki d and very helpful. The tire couldn't be repaired, so they mounted our spare instead. That was done in like 10 minutes. The spare was 2 inches smaller so we had them order a new tire. They got the new tire as n changed out the spare in no time flat. The price was fair, and the job was DONE RIGHT!

Absolutely terrible service all around. The epitome of a con artist. Nobody should take their car here to be serviced.

Took vehicle in for engine losing oil pressure, 1700.00 in repairs , now has bad engine knock, they only accept cash and debit card in payment, chasing the owner to pay for repairs is laughable, then owner offering to purchase the truck at a low ball price after repairs , this is a Mickey Mouse operation at its best. Only good thing Dave, a employee ,is great and he is put in a bad situation everyday with this owner. Consumer beware of this Business ! Dave I hope you find a more respectful company to work for.

Glad for no drama other than breakdown!
While I was heading to Florida my car started making some kind of noise had to get off the highway was towed from Dunkin' Donuts didn't charge me for the tow good deal they fixed my car within a day had to stay over overall it wasn't too bad of a headache they were fast reasonable and extremely nice

I am so lucky that this shop was opened on a Sunday. Tried to start my car after grocery shopping and it wouldn't start had it towed to this shop. It needed spark plugs and wires. price was very reasonable and they didn't charge me for the tow I call that a win win for a Sunday.

THANK THE LORD FOR COUPONS! I usually go to Jiffy Lube to get my oil done but I was in the area and I had a coupon for done right so I tried them out. They had me in and out in 15 minutes with the coupon I only paid $20 plus tax will definitely come back.
