Waterbury Funeral Service

When my Mother In Law died my Husband and his 3 siblings chose Waterbury for it's low price, and it's true "you get what you pay for". The casket they picked out was not what they got, and Waterbury didn't let them know that they were out of stock until the viewing. My Mother In Law looked terrible, way too much makeup was used. Then came the contract that my husband and his siblings signed for a payment arrangement that stated if one sibling didn't make a payment they could sue all of us. And I personally was lied to at least 3 times over the phone by various members of the staff. Even getting them to agree that our bill is paid and current has been an awful experience! When my Mother died a month and a half later it was a completely different experience, and that opened my eyes to how awful Waterbury is.

We received wonderful service for my mother's memorial service, which was in another state. The most exceptional thing was the funeral brochure, which they put together at Waterbury. People all over the country have commented about it. The price was also much lower than what we were expecting. I think they forgot to give us some thank-you cards they had available, or else my brother just forgot to pick them up, but as soon as I spoke to Roger about it they were sent to us. You won't go wrong here!

Waterbury funeral service totally exceeded my expectations. My mother had been sick for quite some time and the preparation and passion that Roger puts into his work made her look beautiful, you wouldn't have known that she had been through so much. He handled everything with dignity. Many of my relatives approached Roger at the luncheon to compliment him on the job that he did, all were impressed. Even though this isn't something that most want to think about, I highly recommend contacting Waterbury to preplan, you too will be impressed!!
