Metro PCS

Do not sign up for this. Most of the customer service numbers they have do not let you speak to a rep. Paying the bill online will give no comfirmation who the phone number belongs to, so if you punch in the wrong phone number, you might be paying someone elses bill. I have tried for months to reach a rep, but always get the same automatic answer:... I can not put you through to an agent right now..... If I go to the branch itself, they tell me I have to call their 888 number. I tried to solve a problem over the phone with corporate, and when corporate told me everything was ok and my phone would be turned on, the customer service reps did not honor that at all, even though corporate is over the cust service. I have been extremely unhappy with Metro PCS, and is looking for another service.
