Texas MedClinic Urgent Care

i have been going.to this clinic and the NB clinic for several years now. Usually i never had issues besides the long wait times. Well i think that today will be my last visit to this one. I signed in online (excellent idea by the way). I had never had a problem before it was in and out, well today my wife is leaving to a funeral and wanted me to see a doc before she left to insure all is well, the staff took forever and did not communicate well about havi.g signed in online and being a priority. I asked if any of the three people called in ahead of me had already signed in online, i was told no so i asked why they were called ahead of me if i bad used the service they.provide for convinience, they acted confused so i asked for a manager and was seen immediatly. Doc was excellent staff just lack of communication, instead of sitting down for a nice meal with my wife and family before she catches a plane to bury her brother it is fast food and a rush to the airport, thanks Texas Med, offer a service only if gou can follow through. There seems to be several complaints on line aboht this clinic its too bad i used to believe in them, till i needed them most.
