Marra's Drug Store

My family has been a customer of Marra's for over 50 years. The pharmacists, Marra family and employees have gone out of their way to provide exceptional service. Recently my dog became terminally ill and Marra's pharmacists are filling the prescription. They are even flavoring it so my dog accepts the medication more readily.

My sister has a disability. And with any disability, with or without one, EVERY customer should be treated the same. My sister's 4 year old son and myself saw my sister in tears just outside of Marras Drug Store and that was enough me to say something, to DO something. I found out from my sister that one of the pharmaceutical staff wasn’t helpful in trying to understand her in a request for her prescription because of her speech, because of her disability. To make matters worse, she suffers from depression. This has occurred in more than one occasion where she has a problem at Marras. It's ENOUGH, just enough for me to take some type of action and post a review. No One should ever go through that type humiliation and embarrassment, especially in a Pharmacy…a place that is meant for helping.

MY FAMILY HAS RESIDED IN AND NEAR SECAUCUS,NJ FOR OVER FIFTY YEARS.

ALL MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY HAVE HAD ALTERNATIVE METHODS FOR FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS ON AND OFF FOR MANY YEARS, HOWEVER, THE SERVICE THE MARRA'S HAVE PROVIDED EXCEEDS ANY ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF HAVING SCRIPTS FILLED, OR CONSULTATIONS OR WHATEVER WE MAY NEED THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE FOR US. WE WILL CONTINUE TO GOTO MARRA'S PROBABLY UNTIL OUR RESIDANCES EXCEED 100 MILES, I KNOW THERE OUR SOME FAMILY MEMBERS NEAR THE SIXTY MILE DISTANCE AND CONTINUE TO BE CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
