I have been dealing with Up Time Technology for moare than 13 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for all my IT needs. They have built more than 15 computers for our firm, installed a server and network system and have done all repairs and maintenace for us since 1995. They have always been professional and helpful anytime I or anyone in our offices call, and have done everything they can to service our machines as quickly as possible. I have been completely satified with the service and have always felt that I could not get better service anywhere else. I have also been very happy with the costs of our equipment as well as the cost for repairs. All of the technicians at Up Time are friendly and knoweledgable and go out of their way to assist us any way they can. I have recommended Up Time to many individuals and companies over the years and have never heard a complaint from anyone. I will continue to patronize Up Time for many years to come, as they are the best in town.
Up Time Technology is the best computer, data security, and local area network firm in the state of Washington. It employs the most qualified computer engineers available. Mike Sullenszino is a data security genius who built us an incredibly robust firewall/web server/FTP server. Chris Brown is the best windows support expert I have seen, who can tackle any Windows issue known. Peter, Up Time's founder, ensures incredibly high customer service and always does what is necessary to satisfy his customers. I highly recommend Up Time for any computer or network issues, especially the more sophisticated kind. For day-to-day support, there are less expensive techs available, but nobody as consistently reliable and efficient as Up Time.

I find Up TIme to be honest, straight-to-the-point, cost effective and friendly. I have always gotten great value from this company and really like the people. There techs are great and anytime I have had question or issue with anything they get it resolved in a timely fashion. As a business owner I really appreciate that.

I've had really bad luck with computer service places. People seem to a. not care, b. not know what they're doing, c. be trying to scam me. I won a bid on 2 hours of Up Time computer service at a charity auction late last year so when my desk top stopped working I decided to see if they could fix it. My experience was 100% positive from the get go. \r The friendly gal who greeted me at the door made me feel welcome right off the bat. The tech guy she introduced me to (Patrick) was patient and knowledgeable. He called me back later that same day to let me know my mother board was shot and talked to me about my options. Not wanting to buy a new system at this time I decided to replace the motherboard and when I found it wasn't being produced any more Patrick helped me find a used one on line. Once the board came in they installed it immediately and it worked flawlessly. A few weeks later my usb ports on the used board stopped working so I brought it back in. The guys did some trouble shooting and installed an inexpensive usb card with no charge for service. They even carried the system out to my wife?s car so she didn't have to get out in the rain when she picked it up for me . No condescension, no sales pressure to buy a new system, just friendly, professional service. Thanks Up Time!

Hi. I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. I have worked on Corporate Global Networks and Managed large projects including Core Network, Servers, Mainframes, Desktops and VOIP roll outs. I have worked on PCs myself for many, many years. \r \r The people at UpTime know me only as an individual customer--they don't know what I do for a living.\r \r I discovered UpTime a few years ago when I was rebuilding one of my home servers. I needed a power supply and I didn't feel like driving miles to one of the computer super stores. I dropped in not expecting much. I was pleasantly suprized.\r \r I found the folks at UpTime to be a great resource for managing my personal computer network. They are convenient, helpful and knowledgeable. I have NEVER had a tech try and BS me about a problem. They are coherent, cogent and honest. They also have a great hardware inventory. Their 2nd floor ""warehouse"" has row after row of floor to ceiling shelves all laden with motherboards, sound cards, video cards, ram and yes, power supplies.\r \r Considering what I do for a living my friends and family ALWAYS come to me with their computer problems. I refer them to UpTIme. I have had many good comments from the referrals I sent them.\r \r I myself am taking off in a few minutes to buy a video card from them. I looked up their phone number on the web and saw this review space. I read the comments from someone who had a bad experience. I don't know what happened with this person but I felt compelled to relate my very positive experience with this local Seattle business.\r \r -bgc
uptime didn't seem to care about me or what happened after I paid my bill. They got my instructions wrong so I did not get what I wanted. The work they did was not good; lots of annoying quirks. My e mail spell check didn't work after uptime finished. When I complained they made excuses and wanted me to bring it back. It was inconvenient but I did and they worked on it for a few minutes--then told me It needed more work but they would charge me again. I had already paid so I guess there is one charge to work on the computer and an extra charge if you want the computer to work right. When I complained after getting the computer home a second time they wanted me to bring it back again. That circle with the arrow means that you go around in circles with this company.
In short, I brought my broken, virus-ridden laptop into this shop with error messages/corruption in windows. They were able to recover all my data and get my laptop up and running in one day! Great service and fast turn around time.
