Today, Thursday, July 9, we had a new toilet installed in our main bathroom. Abel P and Ricardo were the ones who installed it and we were very pleased with their work. They were both very pleasant, very neat while they worked and the new toilet looks great! They wore the required masks and foot coverings while entering our house. In March, Abel also installed a new toilet in our basement utility room and we were also very happy with it. We have done a lot of business with your company in the past years and will continue to call whenever we have plumbing issues because of the excellent service you have provide us.

They want me to pay more money when I've already paid them for a $34,000.00 sewer job they are the worst.

Fast service and punctual. Explained the problem and although it was more complex than I expected were able to fix it within the time they had originally set.

SWP responded quickly, Jeremy B was knowledgable, profecient and courtious. All is well with our plumbing and crawl space.

The Good: The repair work to my leaking water main line appears to have been competently done.



The Bad: This company uses a consumers lack of knowledge and understanding of plumbing issues and repairs to overcharge for their services. This is not an ethical company and I would discourage using them. At a minimum, get several bids before deciding to use them.



The Situation: We had a water leak in the coupling from the main water line and the pipe leading into the house. The fitting was under the driveway, so it required jack-hammering a 2x2 foot concrete square, digging a 4 foot hole, and fixing a basic coupling. The repair took a total of five hours (with travel time) and about $50 of parts (I'm being generous here). The charge, $5300! The math says they earned $1060/hr.



To top it off, before paying the balance, I asked to speak to the owner to discuss the effort of the repair and the charges. Instead of calling me back, they simply charged the balance of the repair against my credit card WITHOUT my signed authorization. Effectively stealing from me.



As said above, please consider another, more reputable plumber.

To make a long story short, these guys follow extremely unethical business practices. We were in a difficult situation and were completely taken advantage of. The tech overcharged us for all of the work and supplies by about 400%. We paid thousands of dollars for what should have cost a few hundred. When I called to speak to the manager about it, he was extremely rude and condescending but eventually agreed to refund us an almost insignificant portion of our bill. I highly recommend Fischer Plumbing instead.
