        I lived at 311 Bellevue Ave E, that was managed by Sam & Veronika from 2010 to 2014. They have been an amazing managers. They live in the next building which they also manage and were very helpful and friendly with any requests.

        The building is also in very good condition with all the amenities. The walls are good and you don't hear your neighbors. It has all the amenities with underground, gated garage parking.
