Long Term Care Ombudsman Prog

After several days of conversations with there office regarding my Father who lives in a nursing home I was told that i would be called with a resolution before the end of the day regarding violations of his rights. I called three times that day and at the End of the day i was told the person who promised to call me left on a two week vacation with no call. I am so upset with telling me they would help and now this . These people say they have empathy for the elderly and there families and then they do this. Please be very careful when dealing with them they have just made things much worse for my father and me. The very people the are sworn to defend.
