        Great location, older building but free parking was nice, no breakfast but top pot donuts is next door and wonderful. Walk anywhere in downtown without breaking a sweat. Tim and James are very friendly and helpful. Free wifi too and vending machines for snacks. Best deal downtown.

        Not only is the price the best in town, but I rate their customer service higher than some 5 star hotels. It's conveniently located in Belltown and having Top Pot Coffee right next door was a life saver at 6am. The rooms are by no means huge but definitely not tiny. The building is a little run down but very very clean. Parking rocked. Security at night was great. Luckily I found my go to Motel in Seattle. For my fellow travelers, if you plan on spending your entire vacation in a hotel than maybe you need to have a 5 star, but if you'd rather spend your time soaking in the city with the extra change in your pocket that you saved, than this is probably the perfect place for you.

        The Kings Inn is a great place but the building is a little older. Secure at night, gates are closed and 24 hour doorman. Daily room service and nice staff. Smoking rooms tend to bring in lower class but they keep to themselves. The location for the price is immaculate.
