- Dr. Joseph (Rob) Scarbrough graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in June 1992. He then joined the United States Army as a Captain and completed his residency in Kentucky and then served abroad in Germany for the next three years. Dr. Scarbrough then decided to open a private practice and chose Searcy, Arkansas to be his home. He and his wife, Gina, daughter Elliott, and son Evan moved to Searcy in November 1996.
