This guy is not reliable and locals residents find him to be a complete rip off!..do not use him! He lies and is unreliable and has no ethics. If there was negative score he should receive it. He is disrespectful to customers and just plain ignorant. Do not use FB Souther unless you want to be ripped off and left out in the cold!

The best service. My water heater broke and I called on an emergency. They were the first ones I called and I got in touch right away. They made it their priority to come and make sure I had hot water again. Since then I have had them replace my washer and dryer and, update my bathroom and kitchen. I couldn't be anymore pleased.
