great for hotel parties! i packed 20 ppl into my room, had music blastin, made a huge mess and nobody bothereed me!

This is a no-frills place, but clean, and convenient during our road trip. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were pleased.

my first stay at an econo lodge. I was very impressed. the rate was very inexpensive, and the staff was friendly and professional. i got my truly non-smoking room. internet power was excellent, and room was new. cant beat it for the price, got the travel center coupon. awesome deal.

After reading your earlier reviews, I was nervous, but knew not to assume without judging for myself. I was glad I went anyway. The desk clerks and maids went out of their way to accomodate us and were very pleasant. The room was clean, and comfortable. We have 3 little kids, so it was a nice surprise that the room was on the first floor near the car and the pool. I was very pleased. I don't know what your other readers expect for $50 per night, a real bargain these days, especially with an extra cot (full size twin bed). I mean, it didn't have frills, there were weeds, it wasn't updated in some time, but who cares? I had a nice bed to sleep on, a quiet room, a nice hot shower, a nice cold pool, a decent breakfast so I didn't have to rush out, a great location, a smile that greeted me every morning and a free newspaper each day. If you want the comforts of home, stay home. If you want it all, spend more money. I think this was a great place to go for a family on a budget, and a real gem if it's been a long night and you need a place to rest.

The price at which we got this room was well worth it. Will be considered on our next trip that way.

I spent 2 nights there and I felt very comfortable. I was not worried about a thing. It was like heaven no one bothered me. I would strongly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Very quiet and no noise during night even though it seemed to be in a business area. Very convenient to both gas station and highway. Much more economical than The Hampton which is where my friends stayed. Had problems with the key and the caretaker that was working there helped me and made sure I was ok before moving down the hall. He was very courteous and friendly.

We chose this Econolodge because it was only 10 minutes away from Steamtown in Scranton. I read poor reviews before we went, but the cost was low compared to others closer to Steamtown. We decided to take our chances, after all, we were just staying one night. Our King bed room was huge, very clean and quiet. We were able to walk to a nice family restaurant for breakfast. I would have no problem staying here again. Maybe we were just lucky, but our experience was good.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, pet friendly w $10 fee, micro, fridge, didn't smell like dog, $50 great value, quiet safe area, many food choices near by w/ outdoor seating w/ your dog.

Great stopover on a long road trip. Easy access to interstate and restaurants. Pet friendly (they even give you a milk bone on arrival!). Clean

Was there for just one day but it was a good experience. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Close to the highway so for passing through it was great!

I stayed at the econo lodge for 1 night as a passerby on my way to NYC from Buffalo. As it was the cheapest around, I was surprised to the comfort and cleainess of the room. The front reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was very decent and its in a good area, close to all the restaurants and gas stations. Overall, very pleased with my night stay there.

Exceeded expectations.

Stayed here this past weekend. This is a clean, basic, standard Econo Lodge. This property meets all the standards for the brand. Check in was smooth, polite, and they even called my room a little while later to check on me and see if I needed anything. Bathroom was clean with adequate towels, the bed had fresh sheets, and there was a 32 inch flat screen tv in the room with plenty of channels. A seasonal outdoor pool had recently been closed, but it was too cold for swimming anyway. Very few Econo Lodge's have pools anyway. Paid under $60 with taxes. Yes, no room key was needed to access the hotel hallways, but this is no different from most motels where you drive right up to the room. What more can you expect? This was a decent Econo Lodge and I will stay here again.

I am just repeating other reviews but i highly recommend this place is you want clean , friendly basic accommodations. From Sacramento Convention Center. Quality Inn was two blocks away, with many good restaurants nearby. Price was fantastic, Rooms were recently redone. At first glance it might turn you off because it is located off a back alley. Once inside the lobby or rooms is is just fine. The breakfast was very basic but fresh.
