Rubber Doggies Wash N' Go

We took our Maltese puppy in to get groomed like a Maltese puppy and we got her back looking like a rat. They mentioned they might have to cut her a little shorter if she had knots but we never thought she’d be shaved. They could have called us to confirm what style was needed before shaving her almost to her skin. We won’t EVER go back there again.

It’s not worth the risk! They cut my dog and when I picked him up they didn’t even apologize!! They claimed they didn’t understand how it happened and wouldn’t even own up to their own mistake. They did not offer to pay the $235 dollars it cost me to get his wound stapled shut. They refused. My poor dog was put on pain medication and antibiotics to make sure he didn’t get an infection. No one wants to ever hear the shot of a staple gun into their dog and hear him whine. Do not take your dog here if you love them and want the utmost care and respect. It is a shame.

I took my dogs there to be groomed and they treated them horribly. They do not know how to groom dogs and are very rude when you ask them to fix something. My dogs came home bleeding and itching everywhere. They will not stay in business

This is exactly what I've been looking for, a place that I can do the washing myself. I can't wait to see this place for myself and take my two pugs there and see what they think. I was able to wash them in the kitchen sink, but the boy has gotten too big for it now. I'm looking forward to this and see what it is like.

This place killed our 5 year old poodle by letting some 16 old kid work on him. This is a shady business. Take your pet to Pet Smart or some other place. This really hurts.

They treat our pet like family. They have excellent and affordable grooming services. The owner and staff are very professional. My dog has been to 4 different grooming locations and this is by far the best!

The tubs are high so you don't brake your back, and they give you all the things you need to wash a dog (a lot of shampoo, rubber scrubbers, aprons, warm water, and much more!). It was so cool! I had them do one of my dogs for me while I did my other and they were completely understanding about it! They scissored the tops of my Aussie's feet because they were all fluffy and crazy, I didn't even know you should do that =D And then they taught me!



Totally try them out, they were so nice to me and my dogs. My dogs get excited everytime we pass so I'm guessing they aprove too =P

I have taken my husky there as well. I know my dog is loud, and has attitude. He has had bad days where he gets mean and I feel horrible. Huskies are just like that; Good and loud one day then Bad and loud another. I hope you have better luck next time, don't give up, this is the only place that hasn't kicked my baby out!

I have been kicked out of many grooming places because my dog gets anxiety and over reacts, but at the doggies wash I am the one handling my dog and he behaves much better. Plus the people here are very friendly, helpful, and understanding of mine and my dog's special needs.

This place is amazing! I never knew that you could actually get a dog to smell as good and clean as you can at Rubber Doggies. They have all of the nessecary equipment you need to groom and clean them yourself, or you can have them do it all! I just love not having to worry about them when I bring them there, and the best thing is my dogs love it there too! Ever since the first time I brought them there they are always running through the door to get in! The staff are all very friendly and greet my dogs everytime I come. Bath time has never been so simple and they stay clean for up to 6 weeks after a good wash! I totally recommend coming to Rubber Doggies!

I've been taking my 3 dogs here for almost 2 years, they have always been awesome....except for the last time. We starting going when it was run by the family, got to know everyone on a first name basis who was working there, got to know the owner, ect. Now, firstly, I have a husky. They are a very different breed and are very vocal babies. I felt confident taking him here, though, because I had gotten to know everyone at the place and they all knew my baby and his breed. Last time I took my dog, they called 2 hours after I dropped him off and said that they couldn't bathe him. WTF?!?!? I freaked out because nothing has ever happened before and I ran down there. All new people, young, young, people, and no manager or owner anywhere. They had my baby muzzled and tied in the tub with a HUGE GASH on his nose! Come to find out, they misintrepreted his vocals for being aggressive and upset, because of their ignorance of the breed. I am really upset and disappointed. NOT WORTH IT!!!

My babies and I came a bit skeptical about washing my dogs my self, I do not know why, we had a blast, the water is worm and my babies were not trying to escape as they do at home. When we were done with all that fun I did not even had to clean up. The staff cleaned up after me, isn’t that great? This place is awesome, there was no wait they found me a tub that was just right for me and all their equipment is clean. I will definitely be coming back with my two Shih Tzu babies.

I took my two dogs (great dane, and boxer) which are two very "interesting" animals to handle in any kind of space other than home; staff friendly, tools clean, exceptional place to take care of your dogs "cleaning" and or grooming if your needed minus the mess at home !
