Great customer service. Clean store & friendly smart pharmacy staff

Ok so I went to this joke of a pharmacy because Thornhills (best pharmacy EVER) closed it's doors. Well let me tell you its a mad house EVERY TIME your in there, 2hour waits, longest lines you would think you were at disney. So I went in there on Monday to drop off my script, waited almost 1 1/2 hrs and finally asked why people that came after me were getting served and I was not. Thats when the red headed dufus behind the counter said "Oh I am sorry we don't have enough to fill your script, we only have 4" so after waiting almost 1 1/2 hours THEY DIDNT HAVE MY MEDICINE AND NEVER TOLD ME (mind you I had to take lunch early from work to get my thryroid medicine, now I am falling asleep left & right). So then I wasnt even able to get my perscription back because they wrote all over it. I am a cash paying customer with no insurance this was a 540$ order, because of this pharmacy being run like a zoo, I was forced to be sick all day today because there so money hungry they didn't let me know my medicine wasn't in & then had the nerve to not give me my perscription back so I could go somewhere else. Then they tell me they will have it the next day @ 12, guess what it's 12 and I am still waiting.



Thornhills was the best, quick, fast, honest, reliable.... This Walgreen's on Main St is a JOKE and they will have you waiting for hours, its a madhouse, its worth it to go somewhere else. Trust me I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
