Absoulety AWFULL!!! Do your self a favor and do not go here. This Vision Center is not affiliated with Walmart. If you have an issue Walmart can not do anything about it . I went there to get a knew prescription for contacts. The Dr. increased my prescription which I didn't feel like I needed. My eyes were very uncomfortable and I had a constant itch and I could not focus I thought it was an allergy from make-up and changed my mascara and eyeliner and went without. Some of these lenses only lasted 3 days. I thought that it could have been a bad batch. Finally, I looked at the box of lenses and the Dr. prescribed an 8.4 base curve instead of the 8.8 that I was wearing before. I went back there and spoke with the Worthless Manager named Ben! I explained what I have been going through. I asked him if he could switch out the boxes since I had a 2 full un open boxes left and I did not want to waste money since I was forced to buy a year supply. He told me no and that I was almost due for a new exam anyway.I was not due for an exam for another 5 months. The doctor told me the lenses that I was purchased told me that they were for a month. Ben told me that the Dr. was incompetent and that is why he was not there anymore. His customer service was terrible. He would not offer me even a coupon for a new exam. He was rude and disrespectful and he hires an incompetent staff. I went to Lens Crafters. My prescription from Lenscrafters was extremely less than the one from Walmart and the base curve was 8.8. When I say extremely less. It was a big difference especially in my one eye
LensCrafters Right Eye -1.0 Left Eye -1.75
Walmart Right Eye--1.75 Left Eye -2.0.
I would recommend Dr. Jackson at Lenscrafters on Abercorn.
