Five Guys

I'll start by saying the food was good. The huge problem was that the music was so loud I had to yell my order to the cashier. Then she had to yell the total twice! I waited for my food at the counter. The bagger was yelling a number for a customer who couldn't hear it. She yelled about 4 times before having to use a microphone over a loud speaker to get his attention. Now keep in mind this is a very small dining room and there were only a couple of people in there. My husband complained that the music was so loud we couldn't even talk to each other inside the restaurant. They didn't turn it down even a little. Another couple was there and left without finishing their meal. They were just as ticked off as we were. I could see the cashier trying to take a phone order and she kept covering her ear to try to hear what was being said on the phone. This wasn't like it was a little too loud. This was so loud we had to yell at each other while sitting together at a small table. So it doesn't really matter how good the food was because I left out of there with my ears ringing!
