I just had a massage by Charles Dane at Savannah Massage. It was an amazing experience. I was a little apprehensive about getting a massage by a guy, but Charles made me totally comfortable and at ease. He asked questions about my physical issues, but as he worked he just seemed to know where the knots were and which muscles needed more work. He could tell by touch just what I needed. When it ended I was so relaxed. He also gave me some stretching exercises which will help some of my tight muscles. He demonstrated them and had me do them to make sure I was doing it correctly. Additionally, it is a very soothing environment with soft music and lush green plants. It is definately something I will do again.
